Emergency & Inpatient Services
A major milestone was achieved in July 2019 with the inauguration of the hospital's Emergency Department and Inter-Department/Inpatient Services. By this stage, the former tin-shed diabetic centre had been upgraded into a three-storey, 50-bed diabetic hospital, expanding healthcare access for local patients.
Expanding Diabetes Care
By 2018, Manikganj Diabetic Hospital was recognized as a 50-bed facility under the Manikganj Diabetic Association, providing a dedicated healthcare destination for diabetic patients in the region.
Hospital Construction Initiative
The construction project for a 50-bed Diabetic Hospital in Manikganj was formally undertaken, marking an important step toward expanding specialized diabetes healthcare facilities in the district. A government audit document records the construction work order dated 20 August 2016.
2015 | Foundation & Development
Manikganj Diabetic Association was actively providing diabetes-focused healthcare services in the district. The association's presence and organizational activities were documented during this period, supporting the continued development of local diabetes care services.
